This is a lovely piece that has been made with a Ford GT Needle Bearing from the race car Gearbox (the larger bearing) and complemented with a much smaller Mazda DPi needle bearing from its racing gearbox.  All are beautifully suspended from a sterling silver neck cuff from Skagen, Denmark which has a fabulous combination of reflective silver in the middle and also woven silver towards the tips.  All in all, it's a truly remarkable piece and has great visual presence, especially under light.  We have joined the larger bearing with a sterling 925 silver tab and this either sits nicely in the Mazda bearing and holds its shape (ie won't rotate the larger bearing) or you can wear it showing at the base.  Either way, it's a great look and a real talking piece.
